The Beta form requests only the information needed to manage participation and understand the context in which Driver Instinct will be used.

This web registration does not store a phone number, IP address, user-agent, fingerprint, precise geolocation, game telemetry or application technical data.

• Name, email, country and preferred language.
• Whether you play GT7, platform, driving setup, PS VR2 usage, experience and main type of racing.
• Driver Instinct interests and, optionally, a Discord username.
• Consent for communications exclusively related to the Beta.
• Registration date and time, form version, Privacy Policy version and the Driver Instinct website as the form source.

We use this information to manage registration, send communications exclusively related to the Beta when consent is provided, understand participating profiles and setups, and prepare a suitable Beta experience for those users.

If you agree to receive communications, we will use your email exclusively for information related to the Driver Instinct Beta. This consent will not be reused for general marketing. You can ask to stop receiving these messages by emailing beta@driver-instinct.com.

The registration form does not collect game telemetry or Driver Instinct technical data. During the Beta, the application may request technical information to improve installation, reliability, compatibility and support. The exact scope will be explained before collection begins. Any required technical-data consent will be requested during installation, onboarding or first use, before those data are collected.

We will retain registration data throughout the Beta and for up to six months after it closes. If you request deletion earlier, we will delete the registration unless a specific operational need must be reviewed separately. Send the request from the email used to register; we will confirm it through the same channel.
